Hey guys!!! We just had a European Taizé young adult meeting here in Prague!!! Taizé is a monk community in the village of Taizé in central France that invites young Christians (Catholic and Protestant) to share and discuss their faith. Every year Taizé organizes a European meeting at the end of the year (the next one is in Valencia). This year about 30 000 young adults came to Prague and lived in families across the city. We hosted 12 people, one of which made a video on his iPhone of his memories during the meeting and with our family. You can see him and Richard (another guy that we hosted) in the video at 1:40 (he looks like Ronaldo). Anyway, enjoy it, I can't wait to see you all this summer! BTW: happy birthday Kirsten!
Joey, this is fantastic. It sounds like you had a wonderful experience with the Taize gathering. What a great way to start the year off, with a few days that will surely stay with you for a lifetime. And it was good to see you guys in the video! Looking forward to seeing you all in person for a few days in July
